every chain-of-custody hash, requires and re-checks the Ed25519 governed receipt, and
re-verifies the decision passport — entirely in your browser, with no ControlFrame server
and no internet. Change any covered value or material field and the verdict goes red.
Honesty: a ControlFrame evidence bundle is conformity-READINESS over a synthetic (Sandbox) system. Framework references are real; the system and evidence are synthetic; remediations are held-for-review. An integrity verdict requires a valid signed governed receipt; the decision passport's separate signed or unsigned state is reported explicitly. Verification proves integrity and possession of the embedded key, not issuer identity; verify the key fingerprint out-of-band. It does NOT assert any held certification. The final attestation stays the auditor's.
